Shipping policy
We've set our shipping costs to a flat rate that is based on weight and method of delivery. With our products being highly customized, please keep in mind that design and turnaround times vary. Once dispatched, The 84th Hour cannot be held responsible for mechanical errors, incorrect addresses, or lost items. We also cannot be held liable for damage or delays. However, we understand that sometimes these things happen. In the case of items arriving damaged during transit, please email us within 3 days of delivery (please provide detailed photos) and we will do our best to fix the situation. These instances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are up to our discretion.
Order Pickup
If you would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, arrangements must be discussed and agreed upon prior to purchase.
